i found the check-in process really smooth. the staff members were friendly. the hotel's location is great as it provides easy access to various attractions. i loved the breakfast selection.

the sofa bed was quite big and comfortable. the location was amazing, bus m41 was practically in front of the door. it was easy to reach everywhere i wanted to go. there are some nice restaurants around and a little supermarket across the road.
The room is small. There is no space to put clothes. when coming back from shopping with big bags, it's hard to get into the room.

the hotel is situated in a safe area, within a 15-minute walk from postdamer platz. several metro stations and grocery stores are quite close to the hotel as well. alexander platz is accessible within approximately 10 minutes by car.

the rooms had complimentary tea, coffee, toiletries, a hairdryer and an iron. the bed and pillows were really comfortable. the hotel has easy and fast check in and check out, a nice service to consider if you want to spend less time in queues

breakfast offered many options with friendly staff ensuring a good service. the croissants were delicious with the rest of the offerings being perfect. the breakfast buffet appears to be kept very clean, and is constantly refilled during service hours.

The room felt cramped. It was difficult to move around comfortably. I also encountered issues with the shower. Water pressure WAS weak. finding storage for my belongings proved challenging, given the limited closet space. These problems significantly impacted my overall experience.

the reception staff was polite and well mannered. they gave good advice with maps and taxi services. i appreciated the ability to leave my suitcase after checkout until a later flight, it was convenient. housekeeping cleaned the room daily and provided fresh linen.

location is convenient. a short walk got me to potsdam platz where many food shops were available. tourist buses also are near to the hotel, and i found the easy access very handy for exploring this amazing city.

the location is super handy and close to transportation. it is an easy walk to several spots. there is a grocery store right across the street too. breakfast was included and i found it tasty.
my room was very small with little space to move around. i also noticed there was no safety deposit box for valuables.
